Their excellent staff, Hannah in particular, made the process very easy and painless. We now have an excellent new website and have received full training in how to manage it on a day to day basis. Their aftercare service is superb and I would recommend them to anyone.

Zinc built me a new website which I'm very pleased with. From the outset, they were very easy to work with, listening to my requirements and aspirations and working with me to make sure I got what I was after. I was worried that generating the content would be tough for me and that I would miss Zinc's deadlines but they made it super easy for me and the deadlines were very much achievable. After the build and launch Zinc provided an excellent training session so that I could find my way around, add and change content and get the most from my site. we have used Zinc for about 2 years. they are cost effective, and clear with what they do/ achieve. we had some challenges with integration with our ERP system, and some delays with web development, due to unforeseen technicalities. It was at this point they didn't give up or crumble - but found a way to achieve what we wanted, overcame the hurdles, and its for this point particularly that I gave the 5 star review. they showed at that point they cared, and would go the extra mile to achieve what we wanted. thanks Ollie & team. keep it up!
