What will be your main areas of responsibilities?
Build a cohesive end-to-end analytics system to drive better customer journey understanding and alignment between marketing, product and UX teams;
Help marketing team with performance analysis and forecast based on KPIs and historical data;
Analyze marketing channels performance based on various attribution models and data sources;
Proactively gather insights based on available data and suggest performance improvements to marketing and product teams;
Analyze how marketing campaigns affect product performance;
Identify the reasons behind sudden drops/increases in key metrics and CRs;
Ensure proper tracking implementation on Sellerly website;
Work in close collaboration with Semrush analytics team to create and support web analytics dashboards for Sellerly marketing and product teams;
Identify and filter out bot traffic from web analytics;
Help develop hypotheses for A/B tests to improve marketing performance, analyze the A/B test results;
Help marketing team with designing questionnaires and surveys for customer research.
What skills are we looking for?
Previous experience with building end-to-end analytics (ideally for SaaS).
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Experience in marketing analytics, web analytics (1.5+ years).
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Bigquery.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio).
It would be an advantage:
Knowledge of Python.
Experience in product analytics for SaaS or online-first businesses.
Experience of creating and implementing custom attribution models.
