To keep up with our rapid growth in the new markets, Semrush is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Lead for the Australian market to join our expanding team!
Managing Australian sales team under supervision of the current Sales Team Lead.
Reaching monthly and quarterly targets.
Hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
What we expect from you:
Proven management experience of a sales team (2-3 people in direct management).
Proven and tracked revenue results.
Fluent English language (C1/C2).
Perfect motivation skills.
Understanding SaaS business.
Career in rapidly growing IT.
Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
Full day (from 7 AM until 4 PM) with 5 working days (Monday-Friday).
Corporate education (training, seminars, conferences).
